The villa is situated approximately 4-5 minute taxi ride or 20-minute walk downhill to Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops, bars and beach clubs.

The fully integrated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, coffee machine, water dispenser, and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

The pool terrace of the villa features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section that can be used as children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, pergola shaded outdoor seating, a table tennis, a swing seat, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.
