Villa Isinda is a majestic building perched within walking distance of Kas town centre. The villa has wonderful views of the town, harbour and Greek island of Meis. From the striking portico with double-height pillars, Ottoman-style timber shuttered windows, and the wrought ironwork, this is a truly beautiful villa. It is surrounded by private terraces and gardens with its private infinity pool and children’s splash pool.

Villa Isinda is split over 3 floors with an elegant and spacious interior. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor has a living area with a kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a door leading to the terrace and an outside dining table. There is also a twin bedroom and family bathroom on this floor.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a dressing room, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi bath. There are two further double bedrooms with balconies and a family bathroom on this floor. The second floor has the fifth bedroom, which has a double and a single bed. There is a family bathroom and a second lounge area with a TV.

The villa can easily accommodate 10 people. It has air conditioning throughout and wifi internet. There is free parking by the entrance gate to the villa. It is a 10-minute walk down to Kas town centre and a local bus operates from the centre and has a drop off a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa.
