Villa Olivia is very conveniently situated in the Old Town in Kalkan. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, harbour, shops and vibrant dining scene for which Kalkan is renowned. The villa offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests in 4 en-suite, sea-view balcony bedrooms, as well as some fabulous outside space, and jacuzzi on the rooftop plus lovely sea views.

The light and airy open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, indoor dining area to seat 8 and a comfortable lounge area. Full length double glass doors open out onto a spacious terrace with private pool.

First floor

Bedroom 1 – On the first floor is a well-furnished twin bedroom with ample storage, a sea view balcony with rattan furniture and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 – Is a well-furnished twin bedroom with ample storage, a furnished sea view balcony and an en-suite shower room.

Second floor

Bedroom 3 – The second floor is home to the master bedroom suite which occupies the whole of this floor and is furnished with a king-sized bed and king-sized sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. There are en-suite facilities and two large furnished balconies on this level from which to enjoy the mesmerizing views over the bay and beyond to Snake and Mouse Islands.  There is both a shower room with cubicle, sink and toilet and a separate bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet within this room.

Third floor
Bedroom 4 – There is a further twin bedroom on the 3rd floor, with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

There is also access to the furnished sea view roof terrace from this level which has a hanging chair, roof top Jacuzzi and table and chairs. This is the perfect location for pre-dinner drinks as the sun slowly sets

Outdoor area

The outdoor area has been tastefully designed to reflect Kalkan’s surroundings with marble mosaic terraces and stone facing on the walls. By the pool there is an outside shower and a large area for soaking up the sun on the sun-loungers provided.

On the other side of the pool a large rattan table and chairs shaded from the sun is the great place to enjoy alfresco dining and sundowners, whilst taking in the views that surround Villa Olivia.

Adjacent to the villa, a dedicated BBQ area is thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect spot to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends amidst a warm and inviting atmosphere.
