Great location, but nothing luxury
The location is wonderful. Unfortunately, that is where the good ends. First, this is not a 4bd/4ba unit. It is a small, 1bd/1ba with 3 external bedrooms with locked doors and no closets. They open into an unlocked hallway accessible by anyone in building. There is no air conditioning. We had to have VRBO assist with just getting entry instructions. When we arrived, the patio door was broken (only source of fresh air, no a/c, lock on flat door didn’t work properly, heating units were on floor and there was a random pile of junk. The owner sent someone to repair patio door, fix one shower head and brought 2 fans. He said someone was coming for additional work, but they never showed and he stopped responding. The listing says for 8, but it was snug in the flat with 4. There was one pot, and a hodgepodge of dishes and cups. There is sort of seating for 4, but only if you are small people and you move the couch. The microwave was filthy and unusable. The balcony could have been lovely with some attention. The bedrooms - the beds were full size and took up most of the room. The showers were where closets should have been. No clothing storage. All shower head needed repair. Bedroom in main unit had no lock. Other 3 had same lock code. Wall paper peeling off walls etc… It really was a disappointment.
