• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

Perfect location

This is the third time we have rented a place at this property. Cristina is always very responsive and welcoming. The property is in a prime location in Central London. It is close to theatres, museums and tube stations. The beds are comfy and the showers are great. It was warm in London during our stay, but there were tower fans in every room. We will definitely stay there again.

Centrally Located

This penthouse was phenomenal. It was clean and spacious and right in the middle of the bustle of Soho! Walking distance to lots of places to eat, pubs, several bus lines and the tube. There is a lift so you do not have to haul your luggage up the stairs. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great property

Location was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. That also makes it a little loud, but you are in the heart of London. The hosts were super responsive and immediately responded to questions. Would definitely recommend.

Mum and teens in SoHo

We had a fabulous stay in the heart of a superb area of London. The flat was clean and welcoming. We were by all the theatres and shops and restaurants so we walked everywhere. Thx again!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this centrally located property! The front bedrooms were a bit noisy at night but the property was so close to the attractions, had great bars and restaurants near it & taxis were so easy to get. The apartment was very clean and accommodated 5 women & all our accessories .My only complaint (and this is just a little issue) was the mirror in the bathroom was so high none of us could use it ! Overall the communication was great - we had to pick up the key in a lockbox down the street which made me nervous but was a 2 minute walk and couldn’t have been easier.

Nice London vacation

The apartment is lovely. Large, spacious, and clean. It has everything you will need. The only drawback was that with a family of five and two grandparents we ended up walking five flights of stairs numerous times. Only a very small elevator that carries one adult and one suitcase. We had a stroller which added more difficulties. In all though, it was ok as we got some exercise!

Amazing location, great penthouse for family of 5

Overall AMAZING and comfortable stay in London. Close to Leicester Sqare and Covent Garden. Great restaurants, coffee places and supermarkets. 5min walk from underground. Seamless process, very central location, very spacious and clean. Great for larger group and families of 5-6. Convenient lift as flat is on 5th floor. Very responsive team that answered questions in minutes. Would recommend if no light sleepers. Only downfall is that it is in lively theatre district and gets noisy and loud sirens of emergency vehicles at night with windows opened (it was a hot summer week in London ) and needed to open windows.

Location location location! This was the first time our family was ever visiting London, and we didn't want to stay in a hotel, we wanted to really feel like we were in the city. The location of this flat is just incredible, you're right in the middle of everything! Even the view out the window gives you a feel for the energy and pace of the city. You're within walking distance to multiple Underground stations with lines going in all directions. Busses are readily available. Multiple markets are walk-able. Shops everywhere. Theaters EVERYWHERE. It's centrally located so it's quick to visit Westminster or Tower Bridge or anything, really. We have a family member with strict dietary needs, and the kitchen was plenty adequate to make our own meals, and the washing machine was also very convenient (particularly given we stayed a little longer than a week). The one thing you should know is it can be loud during the sleeping hours, between people returning from the pubs and the sirens from the nearby fire-station. We all had earplugs for bedtime, and had no trouble sleeping, but it's worth noting. That said, you can't have both the incredible in-the-heart-of-the-action location and quiet, and we much preferred the location, and would absolutely come back to this apartment!
