This is my favourite of all the properties I've come across over the years. A genuine 5-floor Victorian townhouse with real character, in the most central and atmospheric corner of London. I love this magical house, and I love hosting the families, friends and groups who come to enjoy it.

My team and I have been welcoming guests to London for many years, and we take real pride in personal hospitality — the kind you don't get from a corporate rental or a chain hotel. We'll meet you in person where possible, show you around, and share our personal recommendations for the best places to eat, the quietest cafés, and the hidden corners of Covent Garden most visitors never find.
We also host in English, German and Chinese, which makes us a particularly comfortable choice for international families and corporate visitors.

You couldn't be better located if you truly want to see the real London.
This isn't tourist London — it's living London. Step out of the door and you're on a quiet, pedestrian-only Victorian side alley, beautifully lit at night, surrounded by the kind of history most visitors only read about. The Mousetrap, the world's longest-running play, is next door at the Ambassadors Theatre.

The former Covent Garden school where Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group worked is on the same street. Goodwin's Court — the atmospheric Victorian alley widely cited as J.K. Rowling's inspiration for Diagon Alley — is two minutes away.

Seven Dials, the West End theatres, Soho, Leicester Square, the Royal Opera House, the National Gallery, Trafalgar Square and the Thames are all within an easy stroll. Yet despite being right at the heart of it all, the alley itself is surprisingly quiet — a rare combination in central London.

It's the most magical, story-filled corner of the city. Once you've stayed here, anywhere else feels like a compromise.

A genuine 5-floor Grade II listed Victorian townhouse, around 135 m² across five floors, sleeping up to 16 in comfort. Unlike a flat or apartment, you get the entire house — five floors entirely to yourselves, with multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, two kitchens (a fully-equipped main kitchen and a third-floor kitchenette), and a brand-new accessible bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub in the basement.
