The 200 square metre apartment is on the 1st floor (equivalent to a 2nd floor) of a very charming building from the early 19th century, with an original stucco ceiling and beautiful old parquet floors, but without a lift. It comprises 7 bedrooms, a living room and a dining room with a fantastic view of Lisbon, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and lots of sunshine.

Room Preparation:

- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected during the booking

- Upper beds are prepared first, followed by other types of beds.

- We prepare separate beds for each person until the maximum number of beds is reached, after which we consider that two people can occupy double beds.



Important information:

- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where rules must be followed at all times and neighbours respected.

- No noise or music during the day and silence at night (from 10 pm).

- It is strictly forbidden to party, smoke, and use speakers.

- Air conditioning and central heating are not provided (portable heaters and fans are provided).

- Due to its central location in the tourist area, you should expect some external noise.

- This apartment is currently undergoing renovation, so it may look slightly different from the photos when you see it in person. However, the general layout and bed arrangement should remain similar.

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival: from 4:00 PM

Departure: until 11:00 AM

- This apartment offers a practical automatic check-in process (Self-Check-in). Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to obtain your access code and proceed with automatic check-in.

- On the day of your departure, make sure to leave the apartment before 11:00 AM. If you do not leave the apartment before 11:00 AM, you will have to pay a fine.

- It is not possible to store luggage in the apartment after departure. A luggage pickup service is available (contact us for more information).

- The Central Hill Apartments residence reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures have been completed by the clients.

- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be necessary, which, if done after 8:00 PM, will incur a late check-in fee of €30. To avoid last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.



Additional Persons:

It is not permitted to have more guests than those selected on your booking. If there are more guests, additional guest fees may be applied (€35 per person per night) - contact us to obtain authorisation and confirmation of the additional guest fees.
