Villa Nicole is a beautifully restored historic villa dating back to 1926. Located in the heart of Marina Piccola on the southern coast of Capri, this charming property offers an unparalleled blend of traditional elegance and modern comfort. Situated just 1.3 km from the beach and 1 km from the iconic Piazzetta, Villa Nicole provides guests with a stunning view of the famous Faraglioni rocks, one of the most recognized landmarks of Capri.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with its 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with twin beds (which can be joined), and one bedroom with single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom and air conditioning for optimal comfort. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate annex, accessible via the villa’s patio, providing additional privacy.
Villa Nicole features an expansive living area, also fully air-conditioned, with a plasma TV and Sonos sound system for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine, allowing you to enjoy your stay with convenience and ease.
Outside, the villa boasts a spacious 200 m² veranda, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking surroundings. The veranda is furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table, sunbeds, and an outdoor shower. For those looking to unwind, there’s even a small pool with a direct view of the Faraglioni, offering the perfect spot to soak up the island's beauty.
The villa is accessed through an automatic white gate located on the main road, Via Marina Piccola 27. Within the gate, there is parking available for small cars or scooters. Guests will find a flight of stairs leading up to the villa’s main entrance, ensuring both privacy and security.
