Property Details: This 70-sqm duplex apartment is located on the first and second floors, without an elevator. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric tea kettle, refrigerator, stove, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all necessary utensils, cookware, and crockery. A clothes washer and drying rack are provided, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom. All bedrooms are street-facing and include double beds with quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms, accessible via the hallway, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and a hairdryer, are provided to start your stay. The apartment is heated during winter, with portable fans available for warmer months. It is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.

This will always be arranged with prior notice between 8:00 and 19:00, except in the rare case of an emergency requiring immediate attention. *Property may differ slightly from photos due to updates or rearrangements.

Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM. Late Check-In: £50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; £90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: £120. Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate. Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of £200 for keys and £300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.

No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to £10,000.

I would absolutely return
I had a truly wonderful—though much too short—stay at The Heart of Westminster. So the location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Westminster, the apartment offers easy access to some of London’s most iconic landmarks, all within walking distance.This apartment is a real gem: spotless, bright, and cozy. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. All the necessary details were provided well in advance, and the self-check-in made arrival stress-free and convenient.
