Head inside, and you'll find two well-appointed ground-floor bedrooms: a double room and a single bedroom with a pull-out trundle bed, ideal for a family of four. A convenient WC completes the ground floor.



Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable living space with a lounge and dining area, equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, perfect for enjoying during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen awaits, making it easy for a self-catered stay. The family bathroom on this level features a shower, WC, and basin.



Located just a short stroll from the centre of Hawes, Yorkshire's highest market town, renowned for its artisan shops, good pubs, and restaurants, with the famous Wensleydale Cheese right on your doorstep. Dales Barn Top is situated in the heart of Hawes, offering easy access to local amenities, including a community-run petrol station conveniently located next door. While this provides excellent accessibility for topping up fuel and grabbing essentials, guests should be aware that the station operates 24 hours. Off road parking for up to two vehicles is located just beyond the forecourt.
