We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Smile, Luxurious villa with an excellent pool, stunning views,

Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, well-equipped poolside, sunbeds, comfortable chairs, and a nice table. There was one rainy day, and we were impressed that the landlord immediately wrote us a message about the hot water in case we ran out. Not obvious. Wow we had a great vacation and this island is so beautiful.. It would be nice if there were shelves for shampoo and soap in all the showers, and more racks inside the shower to dry the towels. But that's a minor thing, the villa is wonderful and luxurious.

The Villa would comfortably sleep 6 without feeling crowded, it also has excellent views across the bay to Corfu Town and has moreless everything you need for a great stay, it was exceptionally clean on our arrival and a nice touch was the bottle of red and some water in the fridge. Barbati has some excellent restaurants to choose from, it also has a decent supermarket for your everyday essentials. The beach is great with beautiful clear water and sunbeds available to rent. The Corfiot people were so friendly and helpful which was amazing.

Fab villa

It was very comfortable, the beds were amazing. The kitchen was well appointed with equipment that you don't normally get in self catering accommodation. The bottle of olive oil was a nice touch! The WiFi instructions had gone missing from within the villa but it was resolved quickly.

We had an amazing holiday in Villa Smile

We had an amazing holiday in Villa Smile. The pictures of the house looked fantastic, but we were even more positively surprised when we arrived at the villa. Everything is new, clean, enough space for 5-6 people and nice interior. The view and access to the beach was very much appreciated. The beach is just 200 meters walk and then you have access to a very beautiful hidden small beach. Thanks to Maria for always being approachable and for your quick replies. We would love to come back.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Beautiful villa , clean, with a lovely view BUT the photos are a little deceptive , the villa is right on a very busy road . Coach’s / buses / lorry’s all driving past . Very loud . This also makes the villa not at all private when you’re in the pool / on a sun lounger . There’s also villas being built opposite so building work noise and at some point the view will no longer be so good as it is.

Dear Rebecca, thank you for your feedback and for having been our guest! Villa Smile is one of our newest and finest villas, beautifully located along the sought after North-East coast close to Barbati. Indeed, to provide easy access and to have the beach just steps away, and differently to several other villas in the area which are virtually unreachable due to steep hills and windy roads, the property is along the road and we always specify it. Anyway the villa is totally soundproof with excellent double glazing and therefore this has always been much appreciated by our guests and the location, together with the high specifications of the property, represent the main selling point. We hope to welcome you again in one of our properties! Maria
