The house includes a master king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor, along with three additional king-size doubles and a twin bedroom on the lower ground floor. All double rooms are en-suite, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The games room, featuring pull-out beds, is perfect for children who want to stay together.

The open-plan living area is ideal for entertaining, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining space, and a cozy sitting area with an open fire. French doors open onto a patio terrace with stunning estuary views. For cozy nights in, enjoy the open fire or gather around the 50” Smart TV with Sky Sports and BT Sport. The games room with a snooker table and pull-out beds offers additional entertainment options.

Penarvon House is equipped with modern conveniences, including underfloor heating, a double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is available, along with a collection of books, games, and DVDs for leisure.

Outside, enjoy gravelled gardens, lawn areas, terraces, and BBQ facilities, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. Off-road parking for up to 6 cars is provided. The property is pet-friendly, with one well-behaved dog allowed in certain areas, and additional dogs are welcome for a small fee.

Located a short walk from Helford village, with its charming store and the popular Shipwrights Arms pub by the river, Penarvon House offers easy access to scenic walks, beaches, and nearby attractions. Temporary membership to the Helford Sailing Club and mooring are also available.
