HOME OF ARTS is a themed apartment in the heart of Rome, located in the Prati district, perfect for groups looking for an authentic experience.



Six double bedrooms, each inspired by a different art form: in the Cinema Room you’ll find director chairs and stage lights; in the Music Room, an 1800s Hartman piano, a violin, and vintage vinyl on the walls. The Painting Room offers easels, canvases, and guest-created art. The Photography Room displays vintage cameras and black-and-white portraits. The Theater Room is filled with costumes, masks, and an antique trunk. The Poetry Room features an old writing desk and timeworn books.



Shared spaces include a living room with a table made from 19th-century doors, a full kitchen, and six bathrooms—designed for comfort and privacy. Within walking distance you’ll find St. Peter’s Basilica, Castel Sant’Angelo, and Piazza Navona. And for a truly local experience, you can enjoy private chef dinners or explore the city aboard our vintage Fiat van, Nando.

This was a great find! Within walking to the Vatican and right off the tram line, with restaurants and shopping nearby. Tons of rooms and bathrooms, and an elevator for luggage! I would highly recommend for a Rome visit.

My family of 8 stayed here over Christmas and I couldn't say enough great things about the apartment, communication with the property managers, their willingness to assist in setting up transportation and their prompt responses. The apartment was within walking distance to so many sights and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a large group. Definitely had more than enough space for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!

Overall, the building is very old and seems like no renovations been done for years, except the hallway bathroom Hardly any convenient outlet around the unitToilet bowl seat cover is broken Toilet bowls are so loud after each flushing Check out instructions vague, it took us over 20 minutes walking around the block to find the trash dumpsters However the building is pretty clean, at good location, with restaurants and convenience stores within few minutes walk, quiet neighborhood at night Communication with the unit manager is not the best…e.g. no response to request for extra towels…Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

L’appartement était exactement tel que nous l’avions imaginé : très spacieux et parfaitement adapté à notre grande famille. La localisation est idéale, en plein centre, et nous avons eu tout le confort nécessaire pendant notre séjour.Giacomo et son équipe ont été super réceptifs et très arrangeants : ils nous ont notamment permis de laisser nos bagages après le check-out, ce qui nous a bien facilité la vie.Je recommande vivement cet appartement !
