A Star Inn ist eine ruhige, elegante, kürzlich renovierte Gästehaus in einem exklusiven Gebäude im Herzen von Rom, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt: das Opernhaus, der Trevi-Brunnen, der Spanischen Treppe, dem Präsidentenpalast, Via Veneto, dem Einkaufsviertel und den wichtigsten archäologischen Stätten.
Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Termini, nur wenige U-Bahnstationen zu den Vatikanischen Museen und die Sixtinische Kapelle und das Kolosseum.
Die Zimmer verfügen über eine breite Palette von in-Zimmer-Einrichtungen und Annehmlichkeiten Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen: Klimaanlage und Zentralheizung, Haartrockner, Flachbild-TV und kostenfreiem WLAN

Perfect location and size

Our stay was amazing! The perfect location, walkable to many sites and close to the metro for further locations. This property is perfect for our large group of 8. Its location is perfect for accessing all of Rome’s the main attractions. Amazing Roman Holiday

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The location was amazing. Walking distance to many landmarks and very short walk to metro. We had a family of 11 and liked the layout of six different rooms each with their own bathroom, along with a shared living space and kitchen. The best part was the host. Lucrezia was very attentive, welcoming and kind. She did many things to make our stay wonderful including providing excellent recommendations. Highly recommend staying at this property when in Rome.

Thank you Lucrezia and Erika! Our stay in you charming guest house in Rome was wonderful. Six unique bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for eight of us to share within walking distance of the Trevi fountain. We were welcomed like family, and learned how things worked. There is a kitchenette with an espresso maker, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and electric kettle to use. There is a small lift, or take the grand staircase. The living area was also very comfortable for us all. Highly recommend that you consider this space when in Rome.

Excellent location

This area was just perfect for our trip! Easy check in and host was quick with every response. It was nice to have private rooms with a common area. But no table big enough for more than 4. With having so many bedrooms, and allowing so many people, it really could use a lot more larger living space and kitchen. There was only a few utensils provided at first, but the host went out and bought more as soon as I asked about it. It was also very hot during our stay and there was only one fan in the common area because the air conditioner did not work. Overall it was a great trip and host really made it happen.

Since we’re a guesthouse, we chose to focus on creating comfortable rooms with private bathrooms for each guest, even if that meant keeping the kitchen and common areas a bit more compact. Most of our guests love trying out the amazing restaurants just steps away, so we found that a large kitchen wasn’t essential for most stays. Just to clarify: only the entrance area isn’t air-conditioned, but every room does have its own AC unit, so guests can adjust the temperature as they prefer. It was truly a pleasure hosting you—I really do enjoy making sure my guests feel cared for. Thanks again for your thoughtful words, and I’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Great apartment in the center of Rome, easy access to history, bad Internet, great hostess!

A nicely remodeled grand apartment in the historical center of Rome (easy access to all major attractions), easy arrival/check-in/check-out, very nice hostess(es) speaking good English, supportive stuff. Very effective communications throughout our booking/stay/departure. Each room has a big bed, individual toilet/bathroom and AC - very comfortable for 2 people or a single person. Tall ceilings, wooden floors, excellent coffee, marble, antique and modern art - it all really made a fantastic focus on our Roman holidays :). Internet connection is NOT, so if you plan to work or stream a movie - don't :). So better go out for a late dinner (great local food), visit the Spanish steps, Fountain Trevi, Piazza Navona, famous shops, Colosseum - it's all in 10 - 20 min walk from the building. Or go to the next door museum for a siesta! I definitely recommend this place and people who make it so great for a big family or a group of friends, although if you travel solo or a couple - you could ask for a single room there as well.

Perfect place for a family: affordable, clean, and comfortable!

Could not have been happier with our stay at the property. There were 10 adults and we needed six rooms which allowed us to rent the whole Inn for the two weeks that we were in Rome. The A Star Inn is in the center of Rome, accessible to a number of tourist sites, like the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps, and surrounded by shops, grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants. Also very accessible to the Metro and a taxi stand. If you have folks who have problems walking or dealing with hills, this might not be the place, but that’s the nature of Rome. Lots of hills. Lucrezia, the owner, and the staff could not have been more responsive or helpful. The rooms are simple, the air-conditioning is great, and there is a bathroom with every bedroom and a full shower. The kitchen and common area sufficed for our needs and the staff even offered and then followed through to stock the kitchen for us prior to our arrival. This place is a great find. And this is from somebody who lived in Rome for almost 5 years and has traveled back-and-forth many times.

We stayed here as a group of 10 — 5 adults and 5 kids — and this property exceeded every expectation. The location couldn't be better: right in the heart of the city, walkable to everything, and yet the house itself felt like a peaceful retreat from all the excitement outside.The listing description was spot-on. Responsive, warm, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Any question we had was answered quickly, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.For a family of our size, finding a place that feels both spacious and homey is rare — this one nailed it. The kids were happy, the adults were relaxed, and we left wishing we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to any large family or group looking for an authentic, comfortable Italian experience.

Perfect location in Rome

We had a wonderful stay! Lucrezia is a fantastic communicator. Check in was easy with Bruno and Lucrezia came to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, sink and espresso maker which was perfect for us. The location was perfect! Very close to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the metro etc. I would highly recommend these accommodations.
