The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator, of a historic villa from the early twentieth century, with independent access.

It consists of an entrance hall, a large double bedroom and a living room with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed that turns into two single beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen, small but equipped with all appliances, has two induction plates, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave.
