Fully equipped, with free wi-fi and air conditioning. The apartment is located in the baroque heart of Rome, just 500 meters from Piazza del Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Located on the 3rd floor of a historic 17th century building, with no lift, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sofa, convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for short and long term. Suitable for business stay.

We had a lovely room in a fantastic location. The check in process was very personable with Valerio showing us the different parts of the apartment. The room was a perfect size for my 2 kids and husband and I. There was plenty of shops and things to do near by. Many things were in walking distance. We would definitely come back if we came back to Rome with our family. Thank you for an incredible stay.

The location was perfect. We loved coming back to a quiet lane away from the crowds while still being within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The bed was very soft, which I liked, but my husband struggled with it so if you prefer or need a firm bed this won’t be a good place for you.

Loved the high ceilings and the roomy space! Everything was clean with convenient appliances. The washing machine was quite small but suited our needs. Dear Guest, thanks for your time in reviewing our property! We would like to clarify that all amenities and features of the property are clearly listed in the listing before booking. The apartment adv clearly states that the unit is located on the third floor without an elevator. Photos are also provided to give a realistic representation of the space, layout, and equipment. Regarding the specific points you mentioned: The washing machine has a 5 kg capacity, which is suitable for a short stay for two people and appropriate for an apartment of this size (45 sqm). The TV is a 32-inch model, which in Italy is not generally considered small and is proportionate to the living space. While there is no pod or electric coffee machine, a traditional Italian moka coffee maker is provided. Furthermore, for legal and security reasons, we cannot provide goods of any kind, as coffee pods nor powder. We always encourage guests to carefully review the full description and photos prior to booking to ensure the apartment suits their needs and expectations, especially regarding size, appliances, and accessibility.

5 nights in Rome

Overall a great stay. Check in process was great and they were extremely flexible and communicated clearly as our flight was canceled and we landed a day later than we were supposed to. The Vrbo is located on a quiet street but within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. Highly recommend.

Great location!

Nice size apartment for a couple. Loved the location. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The four flights of stairs are a challenge with suitcases but we managed.

A fine studio apartment, in the heart of historical Rome, central to almost anything you might want to do. It is on the fourth floor, so make sure multiple trips up and down the stairs are within your ability. We had a little problem with the building's garbage removal not working as suggested, but we are confident that the agency managing the apartment will have that taken care of - they were responsive to our communications. Overall, a top notch stay

Fantastic location

Very clean and easy check-in process. The location was the best part of this apartment - it was so easy to get to any of the major attractions just by walking. Lots of incredible restaurants right next to it as well as a really helpful host. Great AC in the middle of the heat wave as well.

Wonderful stay!

Very positive experience…from booking to reception to checkout… this is my second stay at this address…location is superb and accommodation fit my needs. No elevator but the staff was helpful in getting my heavy bags up the stairs… luggage deposit just around the corner and taxi stand at piazza Navona also great conveniences… I will stay here again if next time I come through!
