The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite wet room, along with a double, and twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front courtyard, along with off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles and pub in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Dairy Barn is a welcoming base for a Cornwall retreat. Please note, should you wish to use the hot tub during your stay, a 100 GBP supplement will apply. Once your booking has been made and confirmed, please contact the Sykes Cottages and Cornish Cottage Holidays team to complete this payment. If payment is not made prior to your booking, the hot tub will not be available for use.
