Lovely condo in a lovely town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect check in/out with great support from the property manager. Spacious and spotlessly clean condo. View is spectacular, nicer even than the listing photos. The apartment is well designed and fully appointed. The only technical problems were multiple minisplit failures, but they were dealt with promptly and professionally by management. If we have a quibble, it would be that to go absolutely anywhere from the somewhat isolated hilltop property requires taking a taxi. Beach, shopping, pharmacy, restaurants. Anywhere. That, of course is part of its charm and beauty, but I was quite surprised by it and had to get into the right spirit to enjoy the adventure.To be fair, taxis are super cheap (usually 35 pesos/under $2 USD) and extremely easy to find. And most destinations were very close, between 4-10 minutes away. But sometimes I just wanted to walk to a store or a bar.Personal security was excellent. The large property is guarded 24/7 and is well managed. Felt safe everywhere we went in Huatulco. And perfectly safe in all those taxis we needed to take.Next trip to Huatulco we might try to find something a bit closer to the action, but the last time we tried that (in Italy) we couldn't stand the level of activity and noise. So maybe a bit of isolation on a week's getaway is the best plan after all.Great place. Special thanks to management Martha, Edy and JJ. And a special shout-out to the lovely housekeeper Anita.

A Beautiful Stay in Huatulco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cruz del Mar M302 is as described. The condo is spacious, and the view overlooking the marina is gorgeous. The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff of My Hautulco Vacations were very responsive to my questions prior to and during our stay. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. The four of us - two older couples - had just about everything we needed in the unit. Our only suggestions to the owner would be to change the sofa and the dining chairs. They were not very comfortable, but okay for a short stay. There were lots of fancy glasses in the unit, but a set of 4 larger water glasses would be nice in the hot climate. The M building being located close to the gate, it was easy to catch a cab or walk down the hill to Santa Cruz or La Crucecita for dining or shopping. And, it's a short, $2-3 dollar taxi ride to many of the area's beautiful bays and beaches. The unit and the complex were very clean, very safe, and very quiet, and that worked for us. Our thanks to Anita, our housekeeper, and to Mayrelit, the property manager, for helping to make our stay very enjoyable.

Beautiful Condo with amazing view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the condo was perfect - clean, comfortable, all the needed amenities. We had a wonderful time in Huatulco and enjoyed coming back to such a great place at the end of the day. Anita kept the place spotless and the property manager, Mayre, was always available for any questions. Enjoyed a great boat tour up the coast; loved eating (try Los Portales and Terra Cotta)and shopping in Crucecita and had a lovely tour at the Parque Eco-Arqueologico Copalita (with lunch at La Bocana afterwards). Would definitely stay here again if we get back to Huatulco.

The location was excellent for viewing the marina, please keep in mind these condos are at the top of a hill. The pool was great, however, busy a few times. If there was an issue to report, was the smell from the food disposal unit. That was quickly fixed by a handful of ice and running water for a couple minutes.

Anita the cleaning lady and the 2 fellas at the front gate where very helpful. Everything in and outside the condo was very clean. I can see myself using this condo and my Huatulco vacation again. CDM M302 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.Location: excellent location. Great view of Santa Cruz area. Easy walk into Santa Cruz or Crucecita. Recommend a cab back up the hill.General Condition: Gave this 3 stars for a few reasons. The furniture in the Condo can use an upgrade. The couch is not very comfortable and the kitchen table chairs are not comfortable. The patio is large enough to accommodate a couple loungers and a small table. The loungers would be nice to relax on and catch some sun later in the afternoon. The flowers on the patio rail are nice but they create a mess on the patio. I would remove them if I owned the Condo. The pool area for building M is not great but the pools for Building B and C are much nicer. We spent our pool time there. Overall the pool areas could use a little more attention by the staff that look after the complex. Cleanliness: The property was very clean and the housekeeper does an excellent job of cleaning the Condo when she comes in.Property Management: Cathy and her team do an excellent job with all aspects of the arrival, the departure and everything in between. A top notch organization who are always available to help whenever there is an issue. I would definitely recommend this Property to a friend.

Thank you also for highlighting the good work of Anita, she is always very attentive to our guests. Regarding your recommendations, i would like to let you know that they are taking care of. Since your departure, and in response to your feedback, we have completed a full review of the property and have passed your comments along to the owner, who agreed in changing the patio furniture and the patio flowers. Bougainvillea are beautiful however they do blossom a lot ! It is thanks to feedback like yours that we are able to offer this type of insight to our property owners so they can support us in maintaining the highest standards and quality for the properties in our rental inventory. Wonderful Stey in Huatuco

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Huatuco. This condo was in great shape and very clean. Nice view of the ocean. Huatuco is a bit spreadout but we cab rides at 30 pesos ($2.30 CDN) getting around is not an issue. Huatuco is a beautiful area of Mexico with great weather, very nice people, clean and safe. The property management company was very responsive to any request. We would love to go back again
