Willkommen bei Sun Dreams II East! Diese charmante Einheit ist die Ostseite einer zwei Einheit Duplex bequem über die Straße von schönen West Beach in Gulf Shores entfernt! Sie können Golf-Ansichten von der überdachten Veranda genießen, während Sie sitzen und Ihren Morgenkaffee trinken oder beim Entspannen nach den Ereignissen des Tages. Die Einheit bietet überdachte Parkplätze und man kann alles erreichen, was West Beach zu Fuß zu bieten hat! Sie sind zu Fuß zu Waves Lebensmittelgeschäft, Island Ice Cream & Treats und das Beach House Restaurant. Sie sind eine Meile von Lagoon Pass Beach, die perfekt für die Kleinen ist, um in den Sand und Wasser zu spielen.

Sun Dreams II East verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Bäder. Die voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer, WC und Hauptschlafzimmer befinden sich auf der Hauptwohnstufe des Hauses. Die Master-Suite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und TV ausgestattet und hat ein eigenes Bad angeschlossen, während die beiden Gästezimmer auf der zweiten Ebene mit einem Bad zu teilen sind. Ein Zimmer ist mit einem vollen Boden und zwei Einzelbetten und einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett und TV ausgestattet. Das 2. Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Das Sun Dreams II East liegt nur 3,2 km von der Kreuzung von Hwy 59 und Beach Blvd entfernt. Das Anwesen hat auch den Strand Zugang über die Straße.

Die Außendusche zum Abspülen nach einem actionreichen Tag am Strand ist unter dem Haus im Erdgeschoss und hat heißes und kaltes Wasser! Picknicktisch und Grillplatz befinden sich ebenfalls auf der Rückseite der Unterkunft.

Für Reservierungen, die vor dem 1. Oktober für die Wintersaison (Januar und Februar) getätigt werden, ist ein Minimum von 60 Tagen (zwei Monaten) erforderlich. Reservierungen, die diese Kriterien nicht erfüllen, können vom Management storniert werden. Nach dem 1. Oktober können Reservierungen für die Wintermonate bei mindestens drei oder sieben Nächten vorgenommen werden, abhängig von den Gerätespezifikationen.

There was a half full dumpster next door the Sunday we arrived. There was constant construction everyday of the week except Sundays. The owner came by every weekend to skim the pool and check the property. The property manager kept claiming they were unaware of the construction next door.There were many shops and restaurants nearby.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay! They have recently painted and everything was very clean. Views from the front porch were great and an easy walk across the street (even with a toddler and all of our stuff) with private beach access. Note the pool is not heated so it was a little chilly in October but it didn't slow the kids down. We will definitely book here again!!

Home away from home

We had an excellent time here. Everything was so clean and the pool sure did come in handy with the ocean being double red flagged 95% of our trip. We still had a nice time on the beach. And our beach acess was right across the road. Which we loved so much. We will definitely book again in the future!

Cute place

Stayed here with a group of friends during the Sand in my Boots festival. Walking distance to a store and restaurant, as well as short driving distance to other places. Beach access is directly across from property. Pool was perfect but didn't see a net for scooping debris. We were lucky to have great duplex mates in the unit next to us, walls seem to be decently sound proof from what we could tell. There was a bit of an ant issue but it did not damper our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We got married

We rented this place cause we wanted to have beach access and get married. The access to the beach was across the street and easy to get to. We had friends and family over and had plenty of space under the carport. Highly recommend for any kind of stay. Certainly would stay here again.

Fun at the beach

The duplex was perfect!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Quiet area but close to everything. Paradise 🏖

Clean, spacious, and close to the beach with a private pool!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was impressively very clean and quite spacious. It was perfect for our family of four. We had a private pool out back that we shared with the neighbors, who were super nice. This unit is directly across the street from the beach, and we had gorgeous views of the ocean right from our front porch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Property was close to beach (just walk across street). The managing company was very friendly and accommodating - there were half the amount of towels/washcloths that were stated so I contacted them to make sure I did not get charged & no questions asked. Owner was very accommodating allowing our dogs to join us on our vacation. Very nice place to stay, recommend it!

First Family Vacation

Great location just across the street from the beach. Could have used some amenities such as trash bags,cleaning products and maybe some pool toys, umbrella for pool area, beach chairs. Some throw blankets in the living room would be nice. All in all, though, very nice place. We would stay there again

Everything was great except the yard had stickers and there was no back door.

Hey Tommy, Grills are provided at this location. We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. The grills needed to be replaced and were delivered and installed right after your stay. We always try to be as proactive as we can with damaged items to make sure every stay is perfect! We do hope to have you stay with us again.
