This 19th-century renovated farmhouse offers guests every comfort and convenience whilst at the same time maintaining its old-world charm. Particularly attractive features of the house are its exposed oak beams, chestnut floors, cut stone fireplace, open stonework walls and comfortable modern furnishings. It is also accessible since there is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. The Langlade estate comprises 4 houses in total and there are 2 heated 10 x 5 meter pools onsite which means you have a shared pool with other guests. There will be times when you have the pool for yourself if no other guests are onsite. Nearest commerce / shops: Montmoreau St Cybard - 8 min drive (8.5 km). Chalais - 9 min drive (8.8 km) Montboyer - 3 min drive (1.6 km) - bio Bakery & local restaurant. Nearest train station: Chalais Nearest TGV train station: Angouleme.
You are staying on a small domain with 4 houses where other guests may reside as well. Please be polite and respectful towards your neighbouring guests. You are all sharing this magnificent space.
If more than 2 houses are occupied you will all need to share to large pools.
If you bring your pet (max 2 per house), please control your pet at all times - please note that none of the gardens are enclosed.
