Duinvilla Wellness 5 is a new, luxurious detached villa located on beautiful Texel. 



Upon entering, you step into a spacious entrance hall with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with open-plan kitchen. The sand-coloured kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven and built-in fridge with freezer. 



Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom. 

A staircase in the hall leads to the first floor with 2 additional bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms is suitable for 1 person, while the other features a double bed. Both bathrooms are stylishly finished, and the first-floor bathroom includes a semi-freestanding bath and infrared sauna. 


The garden features a pergola and a hot tub, which is heated by a heat pump. You can also enjoy cooking outdoors in the outdoor kitchen. There are 2 parking spaces next to the holiday home. 



If the outside temperature is below 10°C, it will take longer for the hot tub to heat up. 


*All beds in this villa are single beds. In the bedrooms with two beds, the beds are placed together to form a double bed. 

The garden has a pergola and a hot tub, which is controlled by the heat pump. You can also enjoy cooking outside in the outdoor kitchen. There are 2 parking spaces at the holiday home. If the outside temperature is below 10 degrees, it will take longer to heat up the hot tub.
