A beautifully presented 3 bedroom ,family friendly bungalow villa in Lapta . The villa is a little haven situated in a quiet coastal area alongside an ancient olive grove with stunning mountain views.

Our lovely villa has been recently renovated and offers an open plan layout with a bright modern & fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with new washing machine, built in dishwasher, microwave, oven and a five burner gas hob. Along with fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
The kitchen opens up to a living area with a log burner for cooler holidays and is furnished with 2 large comfy sofas and a wall mounted 65" Smart TV with full access to all Sports channels, Movies, Series and box sets along with live TV and radio. Netflix and You Tube can be accessed using your respective accounts.

The lounge and kitchen areas both overlook the garden and private pool area, both of which can be accessed from the lounge via patio doors.

The villa has new inverter air con units throughout ( lounge and all bedrooms)

Both bathrooms (1 family, 1 ensuite) have new modern tiling and units. Both have walk in showers,

There are 3 recently decorated bedrooms, all neutral decor, (2 double 1 twin) the master has the ensuite. All bedrooms have patio door access to the pool area and secluded gardens .

The garden, which wraps around the villa, has several olive and fruit trees and modern planting . It is a peaceful place to relax and soak up a few rays of mediterranean sunshine or enjoy a G&T at sundown whilst looking up at the Besparmark mountain range above.

A large outside table and chairs lends itself to dining Al fresco dining and there is a gas barbecue to cook up some homestyle Cypriot meals!
Around the terracing there are several large umbrellas to provide that much needed shade in the summer months and 6 luxury sun beds around the pool for your relaxation .

The entire villa, pool and garden is private and for your private use. Access is from a private gated driveway and parking is sufficient for 2-3 vehicles. Car hire can be easily arranged.

The villa is a peaceful and private place to stay in Lapta away from the hustle and bustle but is still only a 5 minute walk to one of the local beaches and Sardunya Bay beach bar. From here, you can join the No.1 trip advisor Lapta coastal walkway, 7km ( both ways) of paved pathway meandering alongside the sea, and maybe stop by Zhinis Coastal Cafe and have a coffee or light bite. There is a local supermarket 10 minutes walk away where you will be able to get most things that you need however, should you need a larger supermarket there are several only a short bus ride/car journey from the villa.

The bungalow is easily accessible to restaurants, supermarkets and bars, we are only a few minutes walk to bus transport and a 25 minute bus journey will take you to Kyrenia centre with its beautifully presented historic fishing harbour and castle dating back to Byzantine times. The harbour and castle area is known as the 'Jewel of Cyprus" and is a beautiful place to stroll and look at the local fishing boats and sample some of the local catch of the day or simply sip on a long cool drink in the Cypriot sunshine. The harbour offers an array of cafes and restaurants and is a wonderful way to while away a few relaxing hours!

We can arrange airport transfer from either Ercan airport in the TRNC or from Larnaca or Pafos in the south of Cyprus. We can also arrange car hire and have a vehicle ready for you on site upon arrival.
