We would, however, like to clarify what happened regarding your departure. During our email exchange, you informed us that your Expedia confirmation showed a check-out time of 8:26 p.m. We immediately replied that this was clearly an error, as the official check-out time is 10:00 a.m., and we informed you that we would investigate why Expedia had displayed incorrect information. At no point did we confirm or authorise a late check-out until 2:00 p.m. or any other time. Unfortunately, on the morning of your departure, the apartment had to be prepared for the next guests, and we had several scheduled check-outs that day. For this reason, at around 11:00 a.m. we asked you to vacate the apartment. We are sorry if, due to the urgency of preparing multiple properties, the situation felt rushed, but it was never our intention to be disrespectful. Finally, you mention having recorded a video inside the property. If this video contains our staff without their consent, we kindly ask you to remove it immediately, as publishing or sharing recordings of identifiable individuals without authorisation may constitute a violation of their privacy rights. Should the video remain online, we will be obliged to take the necessary legal steps to protect our staff and our business. We regret that this misunderstanding affected your experience and wish you all the best in your future travels.
