Dear Scott, thank you for your review. I will try to address all complaints one by one.
-We apologise about the walls and mattress. The linens were provided for 2 beds, as per your request, and 3 people. We are not a hotel so we don't change sheets during the stay unless required and paid for the extra linens by the guest. The house has a washer and a drying rack on the terrace. If you had asked us about that we would've told you.
-the moka pot is a staple to every italian house, it is a standard cofee maker. Otherwise we would've written "coffee machine"
- Sorry that the sofa was not suitable for you
- The garbage calendar is the same every year
- We tried to fix the ventilator issue as soon as we could
- We will take better care of the kitchen dishware and the bathroom, thank you for bringing that to our attention.
