The lay-out of the villa complex recalls that of a small ancient hamlet complete with panoramic views, romantically framed corners, curious passageways and the solidity of a structure providing a sense of strength and protection. Encircling the villa is a well groomed garden of herbs and flowers, spreading slowly out towards the woods and mingling with the natural vegetation covering the surrounding landscape.This location imparts peace, serenity and relaxation to all of those arriving here; it is, in fact, the perfect spot for a vacation in contact with nature without ever sacrificing moderncomforts. The large swimming pool (6m x 12m x 1.40m) lets guests enjoy lovely summer days refreshing themselves in its waters and taking in the splendid scenery. The patio, cool and ventilated, is the ideal place for enjoying a meal or simply sipping a glass of wine at sunset. The Sauna located inside the villa annex is designed with wooden-beamed ceilings and wide windows for enjoying the panorama; it offers just another spot for private relaxation or romantic moments.The furnishings give the house the personal character of a” family home”. The rooms are full of antique “cotto” floors, beams in the ceiling, a large fireplace, antique furniture and modern design pieces. Guests can re-discover the slow rithm of the past and the pleasure of finding themselves in an intimate and romantic atmosphere, surrounded by warmth and comfort- an ideal frame for delightul relax and unforgettable privacy. The villa is composed of 9 double bedrooms with bathrooms, all with 22” Full HD TV, for a total of 18 guests-plus 2 (two of the bedrooms are triple and 7 of the remaining double beds can be converted it two singles as needed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. There is wi-fi connection in the whole house. There is also a lounge room with fireplace , 46” Full HD TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole structure is equipped with a floor cooling or heating system adjustable floor by floor. The main villa consists of the ground floor, the mezzanine floor, and the first floor. The villa is equipped with a wood oven, and in the annex you can find a health area with a Sauna. The garden offers a beautiful swimming pool. Near the pool there is a gazebo, which is equipped with outdoor lounge, behind which there is an outdoor table with chairs covered by a sail, in order to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, maybe using BBQ or brick oven.Ground FloorThe main hall has a fire place, a central arch and beamed ceiling.
