The location is amazing. The facility is very clean. Plenty of space, beds were very comfortable. Rooms are very big. Absolutely perfect stay! We will definitely use this again.

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, Greta’s staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The unit itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the sunset from the west end unit —it was truly mesmerizing! One of the most magical moments of our trip was spotting a manatee right off the shore, a peaceful and unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this place has it all. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

Excellent Condo and Service

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Esther, is on site and greeted us with open arms in any help we needed to make our stay a pleasurable one. We felt very welcomed to be there. The open end balcony allows you to watch beautiful sunsets. We felt at home and will definitely staying here again!

More impressive in person than in the pictures!

We rented this wonderful condo for a week to attend our granddaughters softball tournament. All the extras were proceeded, not to mention proximity to restaurants, Pier Park and ballpark. The view is fantastic, a great place for morning coffee and evening sunset. Esther provided excellent advice and answers to any questions we had. Would love to stay again!!!

Loved It

We had a great time in pcb and this condo was great, the furnishings were great and the huge balcony was incredible. Esther was a delight to work with when renting this condo If your looking for a relaxing time at pcb i recommend you give her a call, when we arrived the reserved parking space was close to the elevator which made it nice for my mom she enjoyed the nice recliner in the living room as well. Condo was also very clean, I hope to stay here again!

Last of Summer Vaca

Planned a last vacation of summer getaway….love staying at this end of the beach, my favorite, love tropic winds, great condo, huge balcony, no complaints! We really needed this as my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and was still dealing with medical issues. He had a great time. We stayed in the ocean, shopped, ate, and sat. Saw the most marine life I’ve ever seen here! Just the best time and great condo for a family!

Thanksgiving 2020

We had a wonderful time staying in Tropic Winds 2209. This condo was absolutely beautiful between the decorations and the view. We enjoyed watching the sting rays from the balcony. I never expected to see so many! We have definitely found out favorite PCB spot. We could sit on the balcony all day and listen to the ocean. Paradise on the beach

We had a fabulous time on our vacation. The condo was perfect! Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of seating in the living and dining rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated with sturdy furniture. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart to use. Convenient parking. Even though it's high up on the 22nd floor, you have your toes in the sand in about 2 minutes - a short walk from your door - no street to cross. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. This unit has amazing south-west ocean views with a 2-sided large corner balcony so you get incredible sunsets and big sky. Perfect for early morning coffee or evening drinks. Esther, the property manager was awesome. Can't say enough kind things about her. She made it extra special. Would definitely go back.

We rented from Esther's Escapes and Esther really took good care of us. There were many maintenance issues during our stay - painting, pool closures, elevator issues. Nothing anyone could do anything about. Our unit was very spacious. Kitchen not furnished very well, but adequate. Unit was clean. Beautifully decorated. Linens were great. Very small washer/dryer. The balcony was awesome - huge! We decided we did not like it on 22. Great view, but too high and since it was an end unit, it was always much windier than the center units were. We had a very convenient, reserved parking space on the 2nd level. Thank you, Esther, for all your help.

Excellent Condo! (*with one caveat)

This condo is wonderful and has everything you need to make your vacation great. Esther is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The one caveat is if you have had any type of back issues, the bed in the master bedroom is too soft. It is a pillow top mattress that has about a 4-5" squishy surface that swallows you when you lay on it and provides no support for your back. After four nights of sleeping on the bed, I couldn't walk without extreme pain in my lower back and numbness running down my leg. I had to go to a chiropractor each day for the rest of our stay. There are two full size beds in the guest room, so if you do have back issues, you could sleep in there instead, that's what I did for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, the condo is beautiful and very well maintained. Esther is an amazing property manager!

September Vacation 2017

This is the second condo we have rented from Esther. She is great to work with and knowing she is on the premises is a big plus incase their is an immediate need! The condo was clean and very nice. I was worried about the view from the 22 floor being too high, but, the view is amazing and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and relaxing with a wonderful view including an open end view of the Beach line. One negative that has nothing to do with Esther but I wanted to point it out for the owners. Please consider upgrading to an HD TV plan through the cable company. In this day and age and the premium we pay to stay at your condo it would be nice to watch TV in HD instead of the 720p resolution. I clicked on the HD channels and it said to upgrade to the HD package. I can't stay outside too long due to health reasons and it is nice to watch a game, Movie etc... in a better format.

I had a handful of questions prior to renting and the team was extremely communicative. The unit was as described and being directly on the beach made everything so much easier. Riley was super helpful when the fire alarm started beeping and fixed the issue immediately. I would 100% recommend renting from Greta's Beach Rentals and would absolutely rent this unit again.The views were amazing and having a corner unit balcony was so nice. The building is quite easy to get to, only thing is is the parking garage is a little tight but no major issues.Bell carts are provided to easily load in all of your belongings into the unit. Elevators are quick, really didn't have to wait long. Beach service was nice as you'd just make a reservation for whichever chairs you wanted.

Staying at Tropic Winds we avoided the majority of the big crowds. We love the quieter pace and yet we are still close to Pier Park and many great restaurants.
