Courtyard Cottage with hot tub and walled garden

Summary:
Our spacious semi-detatched cottage is situated 1.5 miles from the town of Milford Haven with its established marina and lively bars, restaurants and cafes. The secluded cottage is set in the walled gardens of the ancient St Botolphs Mansion with private patio and access to the shared walled gardens. The local beach Sandy Haven is a 5 minute drive away and is famous for its crabbing bridge at low tide. The popular villages and beaches at Broad Haven and Little Haven are a 10 minute drive away.

The Space:
The cottage has a cosy feel to it as you enter, with a lovely, large farmhouse table in the open plan spacious kitchen. On this level there is also a downstairs toilet. From the kitchen there is one step down to the outside patio with private hot tub and seating. The walled garden is up 3 steps and is shared with the next door cottage. It is a large garden with plenty of room for walking, ball games or just relaxing under a tree with a book.
The living room is situated up 4 steps from the kitchen with a fireplace, traditional beams and comfortable sofas. This peaceful room has 2 windows which over look the garden.
Upstairs the king size bedroom is spacious and a sweet little window overlooks the garden. The twin room, which has beds that can be zip linked to make a super king, is a quaint room with built in wardrobe and 2 windows also overlooking the garden. The bedrooms and bathroom area have exposed beams making it a characterful space to relax in.
Smart tvs are in the sitting room and also in the king size bedroom.

Guest Access:
Guests have room to park their car directly outside the cottage inside the courtyard. Further safe parking is available in the carpark to the left of the courtyard entrance.
Guests have access to the walled garden and are also welcome to walk on the main lawn in front of St Botolphs.

The Neighborhood:
Pembrokeshire is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its fantastic coastline and landscape and we feel our property is the perfect place to visit to relax, explore and unwind. The sunny patio and hot tub is in such a tranquil position which looks out onto the walled garden. If you want adventure, there are plenty of coastal activities nearby and also within half an hours drive you have Oakwood theme park, Folly farm and The Blue Lagoon.

Getting Around:
We are 5 minutes drive from Milford Haven train station and also 5 minutes drive from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
