Beautiful two bedroom apartment of about 130 square metres located on the second floor with an elvatore(small) and consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the heart of the Rione Monti , today one of the most desirable and beloved areas of Rome. A dynamic, lively neighbourhood full of characteristic clubs and antique shops located between Via Cavour and Via Nazionale, a stone's throw from the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum and the papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore or basilica Liberiana, one of the papal basilicas of Rome. The apartment is only 300 metres from the Cavour metro station and the Termini central train station is a 10-minute walk away.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Capocci in Monti is ideal for a long or short stay, whether for work or to fully experience the capital's tourism. The house is ideal for couples of friends, families with children or friends looking for comfort. The Colosseum is a 12-minute walk away and the underground station Cavour is 300 metres away. The city's major tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport. Family-run trattorias, chic wine bars and original vintage boutiques attract a diverse clientele of foreigners, students and locals.
The flat is located on the second floor with a lift (small) and opens onto the living area with a corridor leading to the kitchen, the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The living room overlooks Via dei Capocci, while the bedrooms have internal facades.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning and has double windows.
The living room has a sofa , television corner , 2 armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and pictures complete the living room furniture. There is an air-conditioning system in the living room.
The first bedroom at the end of hallway has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a small bookcase, wardrobe and a single bed ( 90cm x 200cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a large wardrobe, bedside tables and a free standing mirror.
The bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning system.
The kitchen is complete with refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery for eight people. The kitche has a table with four chairs . Adjacent to the kitchen is a small storage room where there is the washing machine.
The first bathroom has sanitary ware and shower cabin and the second bathroom has sanitary ware and bath tub.

Would stay here again
Great location, close to numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, Metro stop (Cavour). About 15 minute walk to Colosseum, 12 minutes to Termini train station, 5 minutes to Cavour. Apartment is plenty of room for 4 people.

Very comfortable apartment in great location. Walking distance to everything, and also convenient access to metro and buses and Termini. Nearby neighborhood restaurants are excellent and affordable. Markets also close by. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The Monti neighborhood is lovely - great location near Termini with lots of nice shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was easy and near-immediate every time. The apartment was spotless and the building includes an elevator for bringing luggage up and down. The washer/dryer and the dishwasher and 2 bedroom / 2 bath setup made it comfortable for our family of four. Shower temp and water pressure weren’t always perfect but that’s common in older European cities and buildings. Highly recommend for those who want a comfortable apartment experience!

The unit itself is nice and the location is convenient. There were some minor problems with water not draining our shower water switching between very hot and cold automatically after every couple of minutes. Management offered help but I did not want to waste time during my stay to get it fixed. This should have been done before renter arrives. Major inconvenience is that there is no bath soap, shampoo, anti bacterial soap or any toiletries provided. So the first thing when someone checks in, perhaps after a long flight or drive, is that they have to step out and get these things from the supermarket. i have not seen this at any other rental.
