It's a 50 m2 apartment, part of row-houses, that has 1 bedroom and can host up to 4 people. Chersonissos' center is only 10 minutes walk, Koutouloufari 3 minutes walk and the beach 15 minutes walk. Located close to the highway makes the access from Heraklion airport more than easy, while it helps exploring the biggest part of Crete.
Our home is located between the center of the famous summer resort, Chersonissos, and the scenic traditional village, Koutouloufari, where our guests can find beautiful beaches, as well as interesting local activities. Moreover, our home can guarantee your relaxation, one of the most important aspects of any holiday. Chersonissos center can be reached easily by a 10 minutes’ walk. So that means that you have quick access to all the essential amenities as supermarkets, groceries shops, bakery, coffee shops, ATMs, pharmacy etc. However, the location of the house (a little outside of the center) can secure the essential conditions for privacy and relaxation.
The house is a 50 m2 apartment on the first floor of three row houses and has a balcony for enjoying your morning or afternoon drink. The apartment has a big room, where you will find the living room with a big sofa that can be transformed to a double bed, the fully-equipped kitchen, the modern dining place with 4 seats and a 50 inch television with cable TV . Moreover, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a big wardrobe and one more television and the fully-new bathroom, in which you will find a big shower and a washing machine. The house is also equipped with two coffee machines (both filter and espresso), microwave, toaster and a hair-dryer. The balcony is rather spacious, with a view to the sea and has a table with 4 chairs to enjoy your drink or work peacefully. The view will secure the calm environment that is an essential part of your holidays. The location of the home is ideal for holidays. Except from the close distance to Chersonissos center, it also provides easy access to the highway. That means that the house is easily accessible from the airport of Heraklion (only 15 minutes drive) and also gives you the chance to explore the biggest part of Crete. Heraklion city is only 20 minutes drive and most of the beautiful beaches of Crete are less than one hour drive.
