The Space:
Welcome to this chic 93 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Gilbert Street in the heart of Mayfair. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The flat has a full bathroom accessible via the hallway, and a separate WC.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
Mayfair is one of London’s most prestigious addresses, synonymous with luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, galleries, and some of the world’s most exclusive shops. The neighbourhood is impeccably maintained and exudes a refined, cosmopolitan character. Bond Street, Green Park, and Hyde Park Corner underground stations are all nearby, and Hyde Park is a short walk away.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a baby cot and a high chair, which was really helpful. The location was excellent — just a short walk from Oxford Street with its hundreds of shops, cafés and attractions like Selfridges and nearby Hyde Park, as well as easy access to the West End and theatres. The host was also quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. The location was most convenient being next door to two tube stations, a few steps from Oxford Street, yet sheltered from the crowds. The host was very prompt and responsive to any questions or requests.

Great stay in central location
Flat as listed but second toilet did not work so we all had to share 1 bathroom. Despite being listed for 6, there was only crockery for 4 and only 3 mugs!

Very good
Nice and clean property, perfect for families as there's a plenty of space. The location is excellent – it's right near Bond Street, so we were close to lots of great shops, restaurants, and cafes. Oxford Street is just a short walk away, and we also loved being near Hyde Park. The check-in and check-out process is ok, we never saw the host. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels and comfy bedding.

Convenient location
We had challenges in communications with the host (ie. slow response when we reported internet issues which caused us to have to pay for our own internet use) and the check-in/check-out process was bumpy. We have rented many vacation rentals and found the host's communication style here to be challenging. Otherwise, apartment was clean, in a convenient location close to the subway station, and gave our family a place to rest after exploring London each day.
