The first, located on Via Necropoli, is exclusively pedestrian, while the second, on an adjacent side street, provides access to a gated driveway, making luggage loading and unloading convenient. The exterior boasts an elegant private garden, fully fenced and furnished, offering a secluded and pleasant setting. From the garden, a ramp or stairs lead to the interior of the apartment, which features a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances and accessories. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
