The first, located on Via Necropoli, is exclusively pedestrian, while the second, on an adjacent side street, provides access to a gated driveway, making luggage loading and unloading convenient. The exterior boasts an elegant private garden, fully fenced and furnished, offering a secluded and pleasant setting. From the garden, a ramp or stairs lead to the interior of the apartment, which features a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances and accessories. The sleeping area includes a bright and spacious triple bedroom. The bathroom, complete with a window, features a modern shower and a practical fully equipped laundry area.

On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
