This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex penthouse apartment is situated in the picturesque La Cala Hills Club. This fantastic retreat boasts breath-taking views of not only Calanova Golf, but of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Providing the ideal backdrop for your dream getaway.



The beautifully furnished living and dining area is designed for comfort and style, offering the perfect space for relaxation or entertaining. You can watch your favourite shows on the smart TV or simply soak in the ambiance. The large terrace doors fill the room with bright, natural light. These lead out onto your spacious private terrace, complete with a bubbling hot tub that invites you to unwind as you take in the stunning scenery. A perfect place to sit out and lounge on as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.



The fully equipped kitchen features all modern conveniences. It has everything you’d expect for a self catered stay such as fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle and coffee machine. It is also well stocked with other guest favoured appliances such as a microwave, toaster and blender.



Each bedroom has its own bathroom just outside its door. Each has a shower, one average and one smaller sized. Both bedrooms feature plush double beds, with the second bedroom offering the flexibility to be converted into 2 single beds if needed. They come with their own wardrobe and closet space and are both equipped with room darkening blinds.



There is air con and heating throughout the apartment, as well as free to access Wi-Fi.



While enjoying your stay you will have access to the large and well maintained communal gardens and the 2 communal swimming pools during the summer. Guests will also have access to the complex’s fitness facilities equipped with a variety of weights and running machines.
