Large glass windows/doors offer direct access to the adjoining back garden and terrace allowing for panoramic sea views over the blue Mediterranean waters.
Kitchen: Kitchen opens up towards open plan living/dining area, featuring breakfast table and chairs for 6 (possible to make it up to 8-10, chairs in dining room next door to kitchen) and it has direct access to the outside upper level terrace with panoramic views. There's a lovely old town with winding streets and specialist shops, like wine shops, delicatessens, fromageries, patisseries and art galleries. Smaller supermarkets Bio Coop and Casino are approximately 2 km away (15 mins walk or 5 mins by car). Leclerc is largest supermarket which is 2.5 km away (20 mins walk).
Local markets are held in town’s main square, as well as old town of Vence.
