The studio and location are amazing . The studio looks out over a pleasant little park. There are many restaurants, and bakeries nearby and the Metro is close. The place is clean, and the bed is comfortable even though it’s a pull down wall bed. Having a washer was wonderful! Be aware that you will need to climb two flights of charming, but steep, uneven stairs to get to the studio. There is also no fan if it’s hot. I am giving this a bad rating because getting the key was a nightmare! Make sure the email you get with the instructions actually has the information you need because the 24/7 help line is not reliable. We arrived in the evening (around 10 pm) The key box is in a store a couple of streets away but we didn’t get the address to the store or the code for the key box in our check-in email. When we finally got someone to answer the help line he gave us the actual address of the store where the key box was but the wrong key box code. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the help line before the store closed. We ended up having to book a hotel for the night which was very expensive ($750) and frustrating due to spotty internet and poor cell phone coverage Luckily a French couple working nearby took pity on us and let us use their hotspot and phone to finally find and book a hotel. By then I was in tears and my husband was sure we had been scammed. The next day we had a very helpful woman give us the right code and we were able to get in. But the internet code was also wrong. We then had to call for another key box code to leave the keys when we checked out. I would recommend this place just purely for its amazing location but make sure your email has ALL the addresses and correct codes you need.

We got to this place early before check-in and we were quickly accommodated, It's right in the heart of a cafe and shopping area, Couldn't have asked for a better location in Paris, The Metro is a 5-minute walk away, Notre Dame and the Louvre are a 15-minute walk or just 2 metro stations away, Everything inside the flat was spotless and in perfect condition, As it's a studio, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people, Also, it's on the 3rd floor with no lift, so you'll have to walk up 2 flights of stairs, Overall, we were very happy with this reservation and highly recommend it to future visitors,

The apartment is exactly as described and the windows overlook a peaceful courtyard despite being located in a bustling, sought-after area, which is fantastic, The main downside of this CheckMyGuest is that the key collection/drop-off point is more than half a mile away from the apartment, which is rather inconvenient, I would consider staying here again, but I would also suggest that they be a bit more generous/prepared with certain small items: The apartment should be equipped with at least 1 kitchen towel, a sponge, and even 1 laundry detergent pod would be a reasonable expectation in an CheckMyGuest, They were unwilling to provide these items, which seems odd to me because they only assist in maintaining the space, The bed could use two additional pillows, especially for a couple, Overall, a good place, clean, as advertised, with a few minor inconveniences,

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, um Paris zu erkunden. Allerdings war es ziemlich umständlich, die Schlüssel an der Tür eines anderen Gebäudes abzuholen, fast wie eine Schnitzeljagd. Der Schlüsselkasten wurde nicht an der angegebenen Tür gefunden (entweder aufgrund von Desorganisation oder Vandalismus?). Ich musste 3 Stunden warten, bis mir jemand die Schlüssel brachte. Obwohl ich für den frühen Zugang zur Wohnung bezahlt hatte und um 13 Uhr ankam, musste ich warten. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Wohnung hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch (die Ursache muss untersucht werden). Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind neu, werden aber nicht richtig gepflegt. Es gibt keine Leselampen und Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes. Wenn die genannten Probleme behoben würden, könnte dies meine bevorzugte Pariser Wohnung sein, und ich würde sie gerne meinen Freunden empfehlen. Ousmane war entgegenkommend und ging schnell auf Probleme ein und kümmerte sich um meine kleineren Bedürfnisse.
