Dieses Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit guter Größe Küche mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Elektroherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und ausreichend Küchenausstattung. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (eines en-suite) und ein Schlafzimmer mit voller Größe Etagenbetten. Diese können angefragt werden Ein 2 Einzelbetten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Etagenbetten mit einem dritten Ausziehbett, wenn nötig. Einige Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage. Eine große Babybett und Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Alle drei Badezimmer sind mit Dusche und das Bad zum Schlafzimmer verbunden ist mit einem großen Bad. Das dritte Badezimmer dient auch als ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen. Der Wohnbereich bietet einen Flachbild-TV, mit einem drahtlosen aktiviert UK-TV-System, so dass alle englischen Kanälen! Ein DVD-Player und kostenfreies WLAN. Garten mit Pool ist eingezäunt und privaten an der Rückseite des Gebäudes, mit einem Stein Grill, Dusche und Gastgarten. Parkplätze in der Fläche außerhalb Eigentum. Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage. Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Umgebung und das Meer, und ist ideal zum Sonnenbaden. Es gibt auch Terrassen auf beiden Doppel-Schlafzimmer angebracht.
Das Dorf ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo Sie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Luz Strand ist ein großer Strand in einer Bucht, sicher für Kinder, Liegestühle zu mieten und Wassersportarten. Strandtücher sind in der Villa zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausflüge können im Dorf für die lokalen Wasserparks, Angeltouren usw. gebucht werden Diese Villa ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern aller Altersgruppen, Golfer und Paare.

Exceptional Experience with a Fantastic Host

I had a fantastic stay at this holiday house in Portugal. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Im sorry to hear Lawrence that you werent happy with those couple of points. The A/c guy came and checked those units on the day you left and found the remote for 1 was faulty, the other one was fine! The people there now have been using the barbecue and havent said anything to me.

Great location and property, tricky to find

We had an excellent time in this lovely property with easy walking access to the beach and beachfront restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and backyard area which was private and a great way to cool off after a day of adventuring. We ran into a little trouble during check in (be sure to double check your map location if you are using navigational systems) but our hosts were very skilled and managed to find us and direct us to the correct location. Overall we had a wonderful time!

So many memories at Casa Banff

Casa Banff is such an amazing property and is exactly as listed, there’s even a roof terrace which isn’t in the photos and is incredible. The property had amazing views and communication with the host was all good and clear. The location is good with it being 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, town and shops. The host was welcoming and explained everything well. The property was clean and had some basic cooking and cleaning supplies that was helpful. Thank you again for the stay me and my friends will always remember our time in portugal with this great villa as a backdrop to all of the memories.

Everything we needed and more

Myself and 3 friends stayed at the villa from 28th September to 3rd October, we used the villa as a base for World Superbikes at the Portimao circuit. We were met by Jackie when we arrived, she showed us around the villa, made sure we had everything we needed, kindly gave directions to both supermarkets for our first evening stock up. We all agreed we loved the villa and its facilities especially the pool. Absolutely no complaints, the villa was everything and more, we loved every minute. Jackie was a super host, couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable. If you stay at number 17 and are looking for restaurant recommendations, Jackie and Terry have it covered. Super host, super villa in a great location with everything within walking distance. We really hope to make a return villa next year.

Could have so easily been 5 stars

Location, pool and rooftop terrace was fantastic. Beds were hard but we were given a lot of towels, pillows and blankets which were appreciated. Arrived to NO toilet paper (not even a sqaure) which was really quite disappointing after a long car ride... the entire property was void of all paper products / baggies / laundry soap / dishwasher soap, etc. Long term this isn’t an issue, but to buy all of these supplies for only 4 days (only to then leave it for the owner whindidnt supply it) really didn't make sense so it is the only reason this property didn't get 5 stars. A couple rolls of TP and a few pods of detergent goes a long way for a weary traveler!

Rundown

The property is a little rundown and not exactly as shown in the pictures. None of the locks worked on the sliding doors which poses a security issue - both the main floor sliding doors and the bedrooms on the upper floor. We didn't feel safe leaving any valuables behind while we toured during the day. The kitchen didn't have the basics in terms of spices, utensils, etc. A lot of the pots and pans were very old and unusable. They were all scratched dirty. Lighting is terrible everywhere. The beds were also not that comfortable. We used the washing machine but it did not work well and we tried to use the dryer but the noise to run it was so loud that we just pulled everything out and hung it around the house. The patio furniture is nice but the cushions are run down, dirty, stained and dingy. Not really usable for fear of staining your clothes. All and all, the place is okay but I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The location is excellent, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all within a 15-minute walk, but several issues made this property very different from what was advertised.Jackie was friendly, but we should have been told before arrival that two of the four bedrooms had no air conditioning. The master suite and downstairs bunk room were unbearably hot, making it difficult to sleep. We were told the air conditioner would be repaired in master but was not and the bunkbed room has no air unit just a floor fan, previous reviews suggest this has been an ongoing issue. This was our biggest disappointment.The beds were also extremely hard. After the first night, I ended up sleeping on the small loveseat in the downstairs bunk room, curled up in the fetal position, because it was more comfortable than the bed—even without air conditioning.The listing advertised a washer and dryer, but there was no dryer. After washing our clothes, I asked Jackie where is the dryer? She said oh is not one there? (You advertised one) We had to use a flimsy drying rack outside.That fell over and into pool with our clothes on itWe also saw ants and cockroaches during our stay. Knowing previous guests had reported cockroaches made the women in our group very uncomfortable.The location is the property's best feature, but the misleading listing, lack of air conditioning, rock-hard beds, pests, and missing dryer made this a stay we cannot recommend.

I am very sorry Mark you were dissappointed in your stay. I will answer as best I can. Unfortunately Portuguese beds are hard. If you had said. We have mattress toppers in store I could have put on for you. As previous clients had not complained we havent needed to use them. The A/c in the main bedroom is still being sorted. Part ordered but not arrived yet!The other 2 bedrooms and the lounge are perfectly good. There is a third bed in the downstairs room you could have used that to sleep on. The dryer we had was old and hardly used so we did away with it and put in a new washing machine. I fail to see why when you were only in the villa,for 3 nights you needed to do lots of washing where you needed a dryer! Unfortunately ants and cockroaches are everywhere in the Algarve this sumer. We had a treatment done to all drains etc in June. Once again I am so sorry these things spoiled your stay. Regards Jackie
