The pool is 8 x 4 meters and south east facing for all day sunshine. There is a new built in BBQ and bread oven by the pool. There is an enclosed back yard and off street parking. There are electric gates making the villa secure from the road.

There is a restaurant in the development over from the urbanisation called Jardim da Meia Praia, the 'Destinos' restaurant is open to the public and is great for those nights when you don't want to drive to the town.

The villa is situated in the small peaceful development of Vila do Infante, Calicas, above the Meia Praia, the Marina which is a few minutes drive away and offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also a few minutes drive or you can walk to it in approximately 15 minutes the Meia Praia beach offers a variety of water sport activities, there are also several beach bars and restaurants.
Palmares Golf course is only a few minutes by car, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are about a 5 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.
