A pantry and a laundry room with a washing machine and guest bathroom with a shower. A dining room and a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace and a flat-screen TV. From the entrance hallway, a staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a small private terrace, another double bedroom and 2 twin rooms that share a family bathroom. One of the twin rooms also has access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Outside, you will find a stunning garden with magnificent views, tropical trees and plants and sunny or covered areas to relax and dine al fresco.
