Unser Haus wurde mit allen neuen Updates komplett renoviert. Das Haus hat jetzt ein komplettes Master-Suite im ersten Stock mit einem Waschraum. Die neu erweiterte Küche und Essbereich können für große Familienfeiern. Wir haben eine zweite Etage hinzugefügt, die über 2 Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohnbereich mit einem 60 "Samsung 4K-TV und ein Vollbad mit Wanne / Dusche. Unser Bonus 4. Schlafzimmer Zimmer über der Garage kann schlafen 4 und ist ein toller Ort für alle Kinder zu bleiben. (Zusätzliche Kosten gelten pro Person nach 6. Mieter). Die zentrale Luft und die heiße und kalte Dusche im Freien sind ein großer Bonus, um diese schöne und einladende Zuhause für Ihren Urlaub.

Wonderful vacation in Chatham.

Beautiful property with great common area in kitchen, dining and living room. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 little ones. Ron and Anne were very responsive and great to help us on our first visit to Chatham as a family.

Great space for our first family vacay in a LONG TIME

We loved the space...perfect for 7 adults. Great kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor spaces including a fire pit which we used for s'mores! Thanks to the Villanovas for great communication, flexibility, and making us feel right at home.

Wonderful Week

Enjoyed our week long stay. Plenty of room for our family. Great neighborhood to walk in. Convenient to downtown Chatham and beaches. Had everything you would need in the kitchen. Enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor deck. Ron and Anne were very pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a memorable vacation!

Great house, great location

We spent the week in this beautiful house with our two boys and my parents. Everything was clean and anything you could need was in the house. The location is in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to everything...the beaches, downtown Chatham, grocery store, etc. We'd highly recommend this house for a family, big or small!

Vacation in Chatham

Fabulous! The house was lovely, spacious and clean. The outdoor amenities (fire pit, grill, outdoor shower) were also really nice. The owners were very communicative and left very helpful information about the area. Location was great - an easy drive to everything in a quiet residential neighborhood. We would definitely return again & highly recommend!

April vacation getaway

Beautiful home in a great Cape location with easy access to lots of hot spots on the Cape. The house had a great upstairs which was perfect for kids/teens to have their own space. The kitchen was immaculate with all of the essentials and more. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the short drive to Jacknife Beach. The hosts were very communicative and easy to deal with. We would definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay at Ron and Anne's beautiful home. We have rented this home for several years now and absolutely love it. It comes equipped with everything to make you feel at home while on vacation. It is very clean, comfortable and updated. The back deck, yard and fire pit are amazing! The location is very centrally located to several great beaches, grocery store and town center. We will return again and again. Thanks for the memories!

2nd stay, same great experience

We stayed at this house two years ago and we're so happy with our experience we knew we had to stay here again this year on our trip back to the Cape. The house is immaculate and has everything you need and more. Our boys (9 & 12) loved the loft area and it was nice for them to have a space of their own to hangout. Ron & Anne are very attentive and took care of the only small issue we had immediately. Its centrally located in Chatham so you're only a couple minutes away from just about everything (beaches, downtown, grocery store, etc). Highly recommend for families.

Wonderful stay!

Ron & Anne were wonderful hosts from the very start! Very responsive to my many questions about the property, location & fun things to do! They even let us know the property was ready earlier than the check in time which worked out perfectly for when we arrived. The house was perfect for our family - had enough seats at the dining table and the family room upstairs was great for hanging out and relaxing in! The house was also well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the local beaches and also to make meals everyday at home. I would highly recommend Ron & Anne’s property!

Attention to detail

House is better than description and pictures. Everything you could possibly need for your group, regardless of age. Kitchen is very well stocked. Extremely helpful and available owners as needed. Chatham is beautiful, full of hidden gems. I’d most definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful week!

We had a great week at Ron and Anne’s house. We had two families staying with five kids, ages 10-12, and four adults. The layout of the house was perfect for our families, and the kids loved the upstairs hangout room The house was clean and had everything we needed. Ron and Anne were very quick to answer questions, and very friendly. The house was in a good location for us to head to Boston for the day, as well as Provincetown and Nauset Beach- which became our favorite! Book this property! You wil not be disappointed!

Wonderful home away from home

This was our second trip to the Cape, and this home on the outskirts of Chatham is lovely. It has both charm and function. We needed room for seven, and there was ample space for all of us. As others have noted, the pictures do NOT do the home justice. It’s a wonderful home away from home, and is perfectly centered at the elbow of the Cape, so nothing is too far away for a day trip. Property owners were very communicative, and had everything ready for us as promised. 👍🏼👍🏼

Gorgeous home with room for all

Ron and Anne have designed and equipped a perfect vacation home. The rooms are large and welcoming. There is room for everyone to spread out or come together. I have serious "kitchen envy" after being there for a week. The house stayed cool during the day (we had gloriously cool evenings) and we never needed the central air conditioning. Being able to use their beach chairs was helpful. The only negative (and they are quite clear about this in the listing) is that one must drive pretty much everywhere.

A perfect home for a family vacation!

My family (2 adults, 3 children - ages 9 months to 5 years) and I just spent a week in this wonderful home. The owners left explicit notes and resources for us, leaving us with few questions about the property and surrounding area. The home was clean and well cared for. There were plenty of sleeping spaces to choose from and many places to relax as well. We knew this house was in a good location but it wasn’t truly apparent until we arrived. It felt like we were 7-10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go… beaches, downtown, restaurants, bike path, playground, etc. We had such an awesome family vacation and many memories were made during this week. Ron and Anne were excellent hosts and I’d highly recommend renting this house. We would love to return!

Beautifully maintained home in ideal location

We spent the past week at Ron and Anne's home and it was the perfect setting for a week on the Cape. Everything is very close by. The house is spacious and very comfortable and has all that you need. It was very convenient to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as well. We spent time at Marconi Beach (which I highly recommend) - it is a beautiful, clean beach with restroom (albeit up on the cliff) and it is a long stretch of shoreline maintained by the government. We ate at a new restaurant called Chatham Cut - delicious steak house. Went to our favorite spots like Captains Table on Main Street Chatham for breakfast, several of the wonderful ice cream shops like Sundae School, Short n Sweet and The Schoolhouse. Anne and Ron made sure to have lots of great information available at the house for new things to explore as well. We did a fishing charter with Jailbreak Fishing Charter out of Harwichport which was a fun, new experience for our kids and we caught 15 stripe bass! I would highly recommend this property and the owners are very responsive and take pride in their property and care about their guests. We can't wait to get back to the cape next year.

Top-Notch! Perfect in Every Way!

Look no further! This home has it all – even an upstairs space for the kids to give the parents a break ;-). We are already planning our next trip back! This newly renovated home was meticulously clean, extremely comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. Very spacious for our family ranging in ages from 7 to 90. Conveniently located just a short drive to downtown Chatham and a short walk to Jackknife Harbor beach. Decorated with many Cape Cod touches, it felt very much like a vacation home. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is remarkably equipped with serving dishes, utensils, appliances, lobster pot and crackers, blender, food processor, knives, pots, pans and spices. Microwave, convection oven and six burner gas range were so appreciated as we love to cook. We also enjoyed fresh fish on the large Webber Grill. After a long day at the beach the kids relaxed upstairs for a movie on the large screen tv, while the adults were able to catch up on news in the living room downstairs. Comfortable beds feature fresh linens and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor. The first-floor bedroom was ideal for our aging parents as there is a beautiful walk-in shower. The outdoor space is private, and quiet with a lovely deck that has both sun and shade. Comfortable cushioned furniture surrounds the firepit where we enjoyed star gazing and s’mores. If you’ve never taken an outdoor shower, you’ll love the classic beach shower, just through the stone path bordered with beautiful day lilies and hydrangeas! For rainy days or family time around the large kitchen table, the game room closet is filled with all kinds of games ranging from Candy Land to Cards Against Humanity. If you forgot your book, just grab one off the bookshelf. For trips to the beach there are plenty of beach and camper chairs, toys/boogie boards, noodles and umbrellas. Anne and Ron were super accommodating and kind hosts. The communication was super easy and their response time immediate. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

Perfect Cape getaway

We had a phenomenal stay in Chatham, in large part thanks to Anne and Ron’s beautiful home. Beautiful open downstairs space perfect for keeping an eye on our little one as well as sharing meals with family. Gorgeous outdoor space, and an amazing location that seemed to be no more than 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go! Anne and Ron are excellent and experienced hosts - so many thoughtful touches in the home for guests and a thoroughly stocked kitchen. We hope to be back next year!

Great owners, great location, great home

Anne and Ron were extremely hospitable and informative. Any question was answered within minutes. The home was beautiful and perfect for adults or family. Plenty of room for recreation, puzzles, resting and family meals. The close proximity of beaches and downtown was fantastic. Great experience. Hope to come again

Spacious and lovely

Lovely, spacious home in quiet location on cul de sac. Many extras including children’s picture books and beach toys. Ten minute drive to excellent children’s beach with both ocean and tidal pools. Family fun around fire pit and deck.

Great home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Good location- nothing was further than a 10 minute drive. Very clean home and hosts left us well equipped with Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer. Highly recommend this home.
