• A brand‑new, open‑plan kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, opening out to a private, east‑facing courtyard – a lovely suntrap for your morning coffee or evening drinks

Booking Policy
• Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
• Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non‑refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
• Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
• No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

• Arrival is streamlined through a self‑check‑in process using a secure lockbox, allowing you flexibility and ease when you arrive.
• Parking in Deal Old Town is limited due to the close proximity of historic properties and narrow streets. Free parking is available within a few minutes’ walk on Sandown Road or College Road, with paid parking along the seafront.
• Guests may pick up and drop off on Griffin Street, or carefully reverse up George Street to stop directly outside The Warren.
