⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the 2nd floor with no lift, up a very narrow and steep staircase: carrying suitcases up is difficult, and it is not suitable for older guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* The street is noisy at night and the building has poor soundproofing: with the windows open, the noise can easily keep you awake. If you are a light sleeper or travelling with young children, please take this into account.
* The shower room, with toilet, is very small and the shower tray is tiny: there is no room to dry yourself with the door closed. It is impractical for tall or larger guests.
* The studio is not air-conditioned: in summer it gets hot quickly, and opening the windows lets in the street noise. If you are sensitive to heat, please take this into account.
* The studio is a single room with both the double bed and the double sofa bed. Ideal for two, it becomes tight for four, with no privacy between the two beds.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will enjoy a view of the Canal Saint-Martin from a bright studio, 5 minutes' walk from Jacques Bonsergent metro station and a few minutes from Gare de l'Est.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
