The property itself was very nice, as advertised.My complaint is with the "check my guest" representative who texted me 3 days before our 6 night stay in Paris was to begin. I had booked two months in advance, and she said we would not be able to move in on the 15th of July, as reserved, because of a plumbing problem, but we could move in the 16th. There was no mention of finding us an alternative lodging, until I insisted. When she let me know of an alternative apartment, she said if you do not accept this, I'll be forced to cancel your entire reservation! Then, on the 16th, when we were ready to make the move, because we had booked activities, she wanted us to hang around until 1pm, because the cleaning people were at 17 Javel. So apparently there was no plumbing problem at all.The next day, when the temperatures went up very high, we discovered there was no air conditioning, although one of the websites I viewed must have said there was, because I had made a note of it, knowing that Paris could be very hot in July. When we contacted check my guest again, they said you can use the fans that are there. After searching the property there were NO fans, and further calls to check my guest went unanswered! In my message I told her that I was 82 years old, and it was very hot in the apartment-no response.I think the owner of the property and the Bellvilla people, should know about what these "check my guest" people are up to, and how much stress and anxiety it caused
