Despite its tranquil rural feel, the villa is just a five-minute drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Llenaire. For shopping, don’t miss the fantastic Sunday market, and enjoy the vibrant streets of Pollensa Old Town and Alcúdia, which offer a delightful selection of bakeries, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Layout
The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area equipped with a Smart TV, CD/DVD player, and Bluetooth speaker, with access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and coffee maker. There is a double bedroom with a 150cm bed and an en-suite shower room with a WC, as well as a twin bedroom with two 90cm beds. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a WC.
