This lovely home is located on the outskirts of Pollensa, just a 12-minute walk from the Old Town, where you can explore charming shops and a variety of restaurants—enough to try a different one every night for at least a week. Don't miss the wonderful Sunday market, perfect for stocking up on fresh produce, delicious cheeses, and traditionally cured meats for a flavorful meal.

True to its name, Villa Encant is beautifully situated among orchards, with the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains in the background. Kids will enjoy the grassy gardens and the excitement of picking fresh oranges in season, while adults can relax under the shade of a large walnut tree. The villa is designed for hassle-free holiday living, featuring a single-storey layout that’s great for little ones or the elderly, along with Roman steps for easy access to the pool. If you prefer to dine in rather than venture to Pollensa, there’s a convenient barbecue area for casual family meals. Once the kids are tucked in, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a nightcap under the stars.

Layout
The ground floor includes a living and dining room with a smart TV, which opens to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker. There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations. The floor also features a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, as well as an additional shower room with a WC.

Our pool fencing service is available for a supplement of €400 per week. The service is subject to availability and must be booked in the UK prior to departure. The fence will be placed upon your arrival at the villa.
