Inside, a double bedroom is on the ground floor, while additional rooms and the lounge are upstairs, showcasing stunning countryside and coastal views. The upper level features a large furnished terrace, enhancing the villa’s prime location near Puerto Pollensa, Alcúdia, and the golf course—each just a 15-minute drive away. Layout
The ground floor consists of a living and dining room, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker, with direct access to the terrace. There is also a twin bedroom with two 90cm beds, which can be converted into a double upon request, and a shower room with a WC. On the first floor, the master suite features a 160cm bed and an en-suite shower room. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms, each with 90cm beds, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. This floor also includes an extra living room with a desk, library, and smart TV, which opens onto another terrace complete with a dining table.
