We had a wonderful stay at The Flipside 30A! It was very clean, smelled fresh, and had plenty of space for our group. The location was great, and we really enjoyed all of the amenities. Communication with the host was also so easy — they were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great day!

The Flipside was amazing! Right in the middle of everything!… Short walk to Rosemary and Alys, very clean, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked… but if you didn't want to cook, there are restaurants all around. Good communication with host. We will definitely revisit this one!

Great stay!

Such a great stay!! Cozy and clean. Condo was in the middle of everything. Love listening to the live music in the evening From our balcony. We will definitely be back!

The location of this condo is wonderful! Close to everything you need. We didn’t rent a car and was able to walk to most places. You can order an uber very quickly also as we went to Seaside for the day. The condo had everything we needed except beach towels so I am happy we brought two of our own.

Fees Like You Are In Heaven

I’m originally from Panama City Beach so I know the area well. When I come back to visit, I prefer staying at The Villages of South Walton. The atmosphere makes a person feel like they are in heaven!

Great condo near restaurants and shopping

This condo was perfect for us since we were at the beach for a wedding in Rosemary. It is close to great restaurants and the middle of Rosemary. It would be great for tennis groups playing at Rosemary too.

Great condo!

We love Seacrest beach and the village at south Walton! This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. They had books and games which our family enjoyed! Would highly recommend.
