The furnishing, which is a combination of rustic and modern,is highly practical and comfortable. Outside, guests may enjoy the use of a nice, fully equipped private garden and its inviting swimming-pool (5x9 m.) available from May to October.

The property is proposed as independent accommodation with garden and pool for guests’ exclusive use. On the rear of the building, secluded and provided with own access, is a basement floor where the owners, an elderly couple, live. They are extremely discreet and respectful of guests’ privacy that holidaymakers will hardly experience their presence, but nevertheless available in case of need.
