Inside, you will enjoy the beautiful living room furnished with white sofas and armchairs covered with purple cushions, under high mansard ceilings which provide a pleasant sense of volume. There is a very nice kitchen with a red breakfast bar, well equipped to cook your meals with all the best appliances. It opens onto a terrace with a gas barbecue at the back of the house.

At the front of the living room, the large covered terrace can be accessed through a large opening. It features an outdoor living room with a glass coffee table and a dining room that can accommodate up to eight guests in a driftwood decor. All is warm and cozy, with some pretty hints bringing both modernity and originality to the set up. On the large wooden deck, there is a beautiful heated hexagonal swimming pool nestled in the lush vegetation of St. Barts. You will love relaxing on the loungers and sunbeds, watching the splendid panorama over the deep blue ocean horizon in the background.

It consists of three comfortable bedrooms opening onto the terrace and the view over the swimming pool. Two of them are communicating and share the same bathroom, making them perfect for a family with children. The bathrooms are spacious, and one of them even has a mansard roof window that brings in the pleasant light of the sun's rays.
