The NewMad apartments are located in a luxurious residential complex that is part of the urban development boom transforming Méndez Álvaro into one of the most modern and vibrant areas for residents and large company headquarters.
Characterized by its elegant structure of clean lines and glass facades, the complex is the perfect option for those seeking luxury, comfort, and exclusivity in a single place.
Its strategic location south of the city centre and close to Atocha Station and Méndez Álvaro interchange, allow an efficient and rapid connection with the rest of the city. Likewise, it is situated very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Madrid Planetarium and El Retiro Park.
The apartment:
This modern one-bedroom apartment is carefully designed to optimize and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.
It offers a pleasant feeling of spaciousness, thanks to its open space that integrates the living room, dining area and kitchen in a single environment.
Her American kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art utensils and appliances. The spacious living room features an elegant avant-garde design and includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and a delicate modern decoration, offering functionality, space and comfort to our guests. The floor also has a spacious full bathroom with shower.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
