The second bedroom, with a queen bed and air conditioning, opens onto a deck and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes a double bed and a desk. The study, equipped with a desk provides a quiet workspace. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, electric hob, and dishwasher complemented by a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
